The Nutrition + Wellness Counseling packages offer one month of support and accountability and start on our first in-person or online session date.
During our first session we'll dive into your history with food and body, medical history, stress factors, and discuss the mindset and beliefs that hold you back from achieving your goals. We'll discuss your goals and how you'd like to work towards them. I offer tools and practices to help shift the perspective and break down false beliefs.
I understand how difficult it is to make changes to diet and lifestyle which is why my approach is to break down your goals into small, manageable tasks so you're better able to implement the changes you're excited about in order to see lasting habits formed.
Subsequent appointments will be spent reflecting on what went well, what was challenging, and what came up emotionally. We will discuss ways to implement positive habits and ways to work through challenges.
You have unlimited email access to me during our month together, and you have the option to renew the following month if additional support is desired.
Appointments are offered in person, or online via Skype or FaceTime.
